1. After reserving the room online, you will get your membership points in accordance to the subsequent consumption, i.e., RMB 1 for 1 point (only limited to room rate)
2. In case your reward point is related to the free hotel room or free tourism, it shall not be effective in the national long holiday or local large activities.
3. In case you neither check in as required and nor notify us in advance, your membership point will be deducted equally to a room rate. If the point doesn't reach the amount to be deducted, it will be reset to zero.
4. The reward points cannot be added between different membership cards.
5. The reward point remains valid for years.
How to get award:1. When your reward point reaches the award standard, please call 010-84513388 to contact our customer service center for the award information.
2. We'll fulfill the award redemption after checking the information. The remaining point can be continually accumulated.
How to apply for award :1. First of all, you should apply for the award, fill the application form, and send the copy of your ID card and the application form to our customer service center via fax or mail.
2. When receiving your application, the customer service center will check the detail with you through telephone within a working day and confirm the way you get the award.
3. The customer center will inform you of the award reception within one month. Note: If you want to provide the award of free hotel room or free tourism to your relatives or friends, please offer the letter of authority in written form. The Great Hotel reserves the right to change the Reward Point Policy.
